BREAKING NEWS: Hillary Clinton Hit with HUGE Fine for attacking Trump

The Federal Election Commission has penalized Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee for misleading the public about the financing of the discredited “dossier.”

Weeks before the 2016 presidential election, the unsubstantiated and lurid anti-Trump dossier was utilized in a smear campaign against Donald Trump, which was ultimately unsuccessful.

The Federal Election Commission penalized Clinton’s treasurer $8,000 and the Democratic National Committee’s treasurer $105,000.

It was stated in The Washington Examiner that “the election agency found that Clinton and the Democratic National Committee broke tough regulations on disclosing expenditures of funds channeled to the opposition research company Fusion GPS via their legal firm.”

The report went on to say:

According to the election commission, Clinton and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) broke rigorous laws on disclosing expenditures of funds channeled to the opposition research company Fusion GPS via their legal firm, according to the election agency.

The Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign paid a total of $1,024,407.97 to the law firm Perkins Coie for Fusion GPS’s material, and the party and campaign kept the cause for the payment a secret by stating it was for legal services rather than opposition research.

As an alternative, the Democratic National Committee’s $849,407.97 and the Clinton campaign’s $175,000 went into Fusion GPS’s opposition research on the dossier, which served as a foundation for the so-called “Russia hoax” that haunted Trump’s first year in office.

According to the document, the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee claimed that they were proper in identifying their payment as “legal advice and services” since Perkins Coie was the one who hired Fusion GPS. However, the agency said that the law was clear and that it had been broken.

The Federal Election Commission said in its statement that “respondent[s] does not concede, but will not further argue, the commission’s determination of probable cause to continue.” This is done only to conclude this case promptly and avoid further litigation expenditures.

It is expected that the document, which was shared with the Washington Examiner, would be made public within a month.

“This may well be the first time that Hillary Clinton — one of the most corrupt politicians in American history — has been held legally responsible, and I’m glad to have pushed the FEC to do its job for once,” Dan Backer, the man who filed the complaint, told the Examiner. The Coolidge Reagan Foundation demonstrated that Americans with integrity can stand up to the Clinton machine and other corrupt political elites if they have the courage and will to do so.”
